Telegram Vs Whatsapp - 2021

Whatsapp- Whatsapp is a messenger with some limited features like- Messaging, groups, stories/status, file sharing, audio, video, voice note, location, UPI payment(new) Audio call, video call, etc... but still many things are missing in this we will talk about this later in the article.

Telegram- Telegram is a messenger with many unique features like- Messaging, secret Messaging, groups supergroups, bots, links instant view, channels, large file sharing, message edit, animated emoji, stickers, animated stickers, separate folder option, multiple accounts in one app, audio call, video call, lakhs of themes option, file sharing up to 2GB, audio, video, location, global search of the channel and public groups, file forwarding without downloading, Personal free cloud (save messages), etc...

Some Common Features:- 

Messaging:- 

As we know "Whatsapp" and "Telegram" both have a messaging feature but according to me telegram is good for anonymous, fun, interesting, and big group chatting because it has cloud stickers features and fewer chances of data loss because all chats and everything is stored on telegram cloud, not on localhost And Whatsapp has group video calling which is a very useful feature bot WhatsApp do not have animated sticker feature and also don't have features like save messages, unlimited cloud storage. 

Group:- 

Whatsapp- "Whatsapp" has a small limit of members in a group. In WhatsApp, we can only add 256 members Only. Any group admin can also remove another admin from the group or he can remove the creator/owner of the group and that is a little disadvantage of WhatsApp.

Telegram- "Telegram" has a huge limit of members in groups you can add up to 2Lakh members in one group. you can also manage all permission of group members and admins too if you are the owner of the group. telegram has many bots that help the owner and admins to manage the activity of the members. admin can view a message which is deleted also anyone can schedule messages also have some bot related features like admin can set auto-delete links or any restricted words. also telegram has lots of features.

Stories/Status:- 

Whatsapp-  Whatsapp has stories feature like Instagram or Facebook. users can share stories with their contacts.

Telegram- Telegram doesn't have a feature like that till now. but telegram can launch this in the future.

file-sharing:-

Whatsapp- Whatsapp Has a small limit on file sharing. you can share up to 70MB file on WhatsApp.

Telegram- Telegram has a huge limit of file sharing such as you can share up to 2GB of files on telegram.

Whatsapp- On WhatsApp, we can share audio, video, voice note, location, UPI payment(new) Audio calls, video calls, Grop Video calls, etc...

Telegram- On Telegram, we can share Messaging, secret Messaging, groups supergroups, bots, links instant view, channels, large file sharing, message edit, animated emoji, stickers, animated stickers, separate folder option, multiple accounts in one app, audio call, video call, lakhs of themes option, file sharing up to 2GB, audio, video, location, global search of the channel and public groups, file forwarding without downloading, Personal free cloud (save messages), etc...
